I had so much fun planning my daughter's first birthday with a Candyland theme. Check out all of the beautiful decorations, party favors, cupcakes, and yummy treats. Have a look at all of the companies and people who contributed and helped make it so wonderful. who contributed to the birthday girls special day. Ellie Bellie contributed the adorable crown the birthday girl wore for the cake and "birthday" song, she truly was a princess. Sugar Mohawk contributed delicious treats for the party festivities—they didn't make it in time for the party due to a mailing error on my end, but we improvised and opted for "Thank You" treats that have been a HUGE hit. I want to thank Hostess with the Mostess for posting such fun party ideas (check out the cupcakes, and hanging candies) they were really an inspiring part of the planning process for me. And thank you so much to Sara Norfleet of 2tkids for such an amazing birthday outfit, with the perfect Candy Land fabric, and the cutest little candy and flower embellishments. And of course to our great friend, and recent guest on Happy Hour Mom Live, Ruby with Ruby Roxanne Designs, for the darling, festive headband that no girl should go without. All in all, it was a great day and the birthday girl really couldn't have been happier. It's amazing at the age of one that they already know when they are the star of the show.
